We all love eating desserts and most of them are mainly made using milk products. But there are many alternatives for people who do not eat or drink obtained from animals. It is the most scrumptious and healthy 5 minute vegan dessert. It is very easy to make these cookies.


2 Bananas

6 tablespoon of dairy-free Nutella

Half cup of old fashioned


Firstly, pour and mash the bananas in a bowl.

Next, add the Nutella and oats to the mashed bananas and mix them well using a fork.

Then, Scoop small balls of the mixture on the lined baking sheet and use your finger to flatten them a bit.

2-Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies

● A cup full of rolled oats

● 2 ripe bananas of large size


Preheat the oven to 350F. Mash all bananas in the bowl using a fork. Make sure that there are zero lumps left in the mixture. Next, add oats to the mashed bananas and mix them until they are well-blended. Keep the mixture still for almost 5 minutes. Using a tbsp measure, scoop the mixture on the baking sheet. Bake it for 13 to 15 minutes in the preheated microwave. Once the golden color appears on the cookies transfer the cookies to the cooling rack.

Light Fluffy Scones

The next recipe for 5 minute vegan dessert is light fluffy scones. These are very easy to make and require only three ingredients.


2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 additional teaspoon

1 ½ cups of coconut milk, plus 1 tablespoon

2 cups full of fresh self-rising flour + 2 tbsp of additional flour


Firstly, Preheat the oven to 425F. Add mix flour and sugar in a medium bowl and mix them well. In the mixture pour the coconut milk and stir well. Make sure not to over-mix the mixture. Then, Fold the mixture on the floured surface 4 to 5 times to get an even texture. Do not make the tough dough. You can also add additional flour if the dough is sticky. Finally, Fold it again and make a good texture of the dough.

Also, make a square shape of the dough. The square must be 8 inches and then use a pizza cutter to cut it into 8 triangles. Now apply the additional coconut milk and sprinkle some sugar on the top of the triangles. Then, bake it for around 17 to 20 minutes. Finally, Cool it for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
