  • 2 tbsp VEGAN margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour (refined)
  • 1 ¼ cups soymilk/ almond milk
  • 2 garlic pods, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ¼ tbsp. lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions

First, heat the skillet over medium flame and melt the half margarine, next put the minced garlic and diced mushrooms. Saute it for 5-7 mins and keep them aside.

In the final stage, add mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper, sauté for 30 secs and squeeze the lemon juice over it. Now, pour this creamy mushroom sauce over the pasta and garnish with your favorite seasonings.

Tips

The pasta should always be warm while mixing with the sauce for better penetration of flavors as well as taste.
