Drained and 1 rinsed 1 (15 oz.) cup black beans. Or use 13/4 cups. One-third and 1 tbsp rolled oats that are gluten-free. Roughly chopped 1 shallot. Roughly chopped 2 garlic cloves. Old bay seasoning -half tbsp. Black pepper according to your taste.

Method

Heat the oven at 400 degrees. Use the parchment paper or silicone baking mat to line your baking sheet and keep it aside. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and process it for 15 to 20 minutes. Or till your mixture begins to come together. Take out all the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate it to set it for 30 minutes. Take out the bowl from the fridge. Take out half cups size scoop. Make your hands wet and form the mixture into patties. Put the patties in the baking sheets and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip your patties and bake for another 10 minutes. Or till the patties are brown and solid.
